1. REGISTER

Select one member (typically a teacher,  administrator or parent) to be the fundraising manager. 

 

Registering takes 60 seconds.

 

Hands free fundraising with the Duck Oven is entirely online. You will collect no money. You will distribute no products. We handle it all! 

 

As the Fundraising Manager you will share a link and code to everyone who wants to sell. They will use that code to register and prepare to sell.

2. SELL 

Each individual participant will share their own unique purchase link during your 4-day Virtual Bake Sale.

 

We strongly suggest starting Your Virtual Bake Sale on a Friday. This gives participants Friday-Saturday-Sunday-Monday. To sell, sell, sell. 

 

The Virtual Bake Sale will last 4 days creating urgency and quick sales!

 

As the Fundraising Manager you will use Monday-Thursday to get all participants ready for a big energetic launch on Friday. 

 

We will send reminders to all participants throughout the weekend. 

 

Monday you will have one final big push.

3. CASH OUT

When your fundraiser ends we will bake, pack and ship!

 

We will reach out to the Fundraising Manager with all the cash out details. Our goal is to have a transfer or check initiated within a week of your fundraiser ending.

Who can fundraise?

Schools, sports teams, dance studios, youth groups, community groups etc.

What will I need to register?

We only need basic information to get your fundraiser set up! Name, email address, ideal start date (we always suggest a Friday launch) and purpose for raising funds.

How long will our fundraiser last?

Your Virtual Bake Sale will last 4 days. This is the optimal length and cannot be adjusted.

How do we get paid?

Your Fundraising Leader can request payment within their account 7 days after fundraiser ends.

How much can we make?

Every group puts in different levels of effort that will directly impact sales. The sky is the limit. You will receive 50% of all sales.

Do we have to distribute cookies?

Nope! Everything gets shipped directly to each person who purchases. When we say hands free, we literally mean hands free. You are busy enough.

Do we have to collect payments?

No! Your Virtual Bake Sale will happen entirely online. Your participants will share their unique purchase link and we handle the rest.

Can we see how much we sold?

Absolutely. We have live leader boards that show overall sales, in addition to sales reports for each individual. These leaderboards are updated in real time to keep participants engaged and motivated.

Is there a minimum we must sell?

Do the best you can! No penalties or fees. No minimum orders. Risk free to try! 

Do you offer incentives or prizes?

While we do not offer specific incentives or prizes, we strongly encourage Fundraising Managers to brainstorm ways they can utilize the leaderboard to motivate and reward participants.
