We want your complete satisfaction and we know occasionally items arrive damaged. If you have this unfortunate experience contact us within 7 days of receiving your damaged goods at experience@legacy-ambassadors.com.

If we are not contacted within 7 days we shall have no obligation to refund purchase price or replace product.

Per our terms and conditions, we do not issue refunds and we do not accept returns.
